Data collected
What you enter in the form: name, email or phone, message, and optionally company, city and topic. WhatsApp links open a third-party service (WhatsApp, Meta), subject to its own policy. No advertising cookie, audience-measurement tool or tracker is installed on this site.
Cookies and storage
A single functional cookie, “krisalys-locale” (lifetime: 1 year), remembers your language choice when you use the FR/EN selector. It is not used to track you and holds no personal data. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Purpose
To answer your request (diagnostic, quote, contact) and follow up on it commercially. This data is neither sold nor passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
Providers and transfers
Requests are sent through an email service (Resend) and the site is hosted by Netlify. These providers process data to deliver their service and may do so outside Cameroon, notably in the United States. The host keeps technical logs (including the IP address) needed to run and secure the site.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up commercially, then deleted or archived in line with legal obligations.
