KRISALYS Digital, the technology branch of KRISALYS
A company based in Douala that designs, connects and maintains the digital environment of businesses, without jargon.
Who we are
KRISALYS is a Cameroonian company based in Douala. KRISALYS LED designs and installs LED solutions, and developed its own website with a project configurator. KRISALYS Digital is the branch that handles everything digital: websites, software, networks, maintenance and automation.
Both activities feed the same ambition: KRISALYS Systems, a management system for businesses, built for the realities here.
How we work
Measure before blaming
We look for the real cause of a problem before proposing a solution.
Say things simply
No jargon: you understand what you are buying.
Clear prices and costs
Starting prices shown, third-party costs listed separately.
Stay after delivery
A project lives on after go-live: we handle the follow-up.
Built for the realities of African businesses
We operate from Cameroon. Our projects, and KRISALYS Systems in particular, are designed for real conditions, not for an ideal context.
Variable connectivity
A system must stay usable when the connection is slow or drops.
Local operation first
Activity goes on on site; data synchronises afterwards.
Local and cloud together
Each thing is done where it is most reliable and cheapest.
Mobile Money
Mobile payment is taken into account in our custom projects.
Existing infrastructure
We start from what you already have before buying new equipment.
Controlled running costs
A solution that costs too much to run is not a good solution.
Continuity of service
Backups, monitoring and maintenance to avoid downtime.
Several sites, remote management
See the activity of several places without travelling.
